Lisa and Nick are long time League City residents and the Owners of Texas Home Shop Realty. The husband-and-wife duo have years of experience helping buyers and sellers in League City, Clear Lake, Galveston, Alvin, Dickinson and the surrounding areas. Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Lisa and Nick have been Top Producing agents and brokers in the area for over 15 years. Lisa and Nick have received numerous awards for their accomplishments. Over the years the couple have obtained a multitude of designations, the GRI, as well as the SRS and the SFR certification. One of the pair's most coveted accomplishments is being a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider since 2010, being Ramsey approved for over a decade is a true honor. The husband-and-wife team have also successfully mentored and trained some of the area’s top agents with-in their brokerage over the years. Owning both short term rentals and long-term rental homes in Galveston County Nick and Lisa have the experience to help both homeowners and real estate investors. A strong work ethic, combined with professionalism, integrity and a great team is what the Boland’s credit to their success.

Nick and Lisa enjoy working together and feel the team approach gives their clients and their team members the level of service they deserve. When they aren’t helping buyers and sellers, the couple enjoys spending time with their family, two of their daughters are Clear Creek High School graduates and currently attending college and their youngest daughter is in 8th grade. The Boland’s volunteer in various organizations and booster clubs in their community and enjoy boating, cooking (Lisa and Nick are both classically trained in culinary arts), traveling and entertaining friends and family. Lisa is a proud native Texan who grew up in the Houston Metro area. Nick was born and raised in Pennsylvania but got to Texas as fast as he could and has been a Texan since 1999. Both Nick and Lisa graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. The Boland’s have been residents of League City since 2001 and attend Clear Creek Community Church.

Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas  with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the  Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her  community!

After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999,  Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family.

After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and  other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate  career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given  her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized  attention to every client she meets.

While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the  people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and  family, and traveling!

Devon Price is a highly experienced and dedicated real estate professional, currently working as a listing coordinator and client concierge for Texas Home Shop Realty. With a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to her clients, Devon ensures that every step of the buying or selling process is smooth and successful.

In addition to her expertise in real estate, Devon enjoys spending time at home with her loved ones. Her happy place is by her pool, where she can relax and unwind with her husband Jorge, her daughter Aubrey, and their adorable weiner dog named Ozzy.
